Great location great staff, this is our annual getaway. Staff make it simple and straight forward, I've been staying with Luxury Private Apartments for over 6 years and keep returning. See you again in September. The Mcguire Family

To anyone that is looking to book through and also deal with this mob (Luxury Private Apartments, Port Stephens) think again. 0 PERCENT CUSTOMER SERVICE..just to reiterate Apartment 1295 stars for the place/resort but minus 0 percent to Teagan and the ghostly manager Ali Barrett who did not want to deal with a paying customers issue and passing the buck in NOT wanting to assist but quite happy to take our money. Just a recap for all you folks who are wanting to stay at this beautiful resort, my strong advice is deal direct with The Oaks who are very professional and NOT WITH LUXURY APARTMENTS, PORT STEPHENS especially Teagan who has NO IDEA ON WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS.
