Metro bathroom and home renovation

Recently I have had my house renovated by Raed. He is very professional, courteous and accomodating. He completed the job in the set deadline and also helped in finding other reliable tradesmen. I would highly recommend him for his excellent quality work.

Raed has just completed the renovation of our ensuite which consisted of the complete gutting of the old; tiles, fittings, plumbing, electric, etc. and remodelled the room by removing steps in the shower and lowered it all to floor level. He added new plumbing to accommodate the new design.The quality of his work is impressive and we are thrilled at the end product delivered. Raed went above and beyond and delivered on time as promised.The prices quoted by Metro were unbeatable. Outstanding.We are so happy with his work, we will definitely have him manage our future renovations.Thank you very much, an excellent job, Raed.

Raed has renovated and remodelled 2 bathrooms at my home, including strip.out of old tiles, moving some walls, tiling, fittings, caulking, plumbing, electric, etc. In short, he provided an end-to-end service.The quality of his work is very impressive. My wife and i were thrilled at the end product delivered by Raed. Every visitor to my home asks me about the amazing looking bathrooms.What stands out even more was the manner in which the works were performed. Raed is an absolute legend. He worked 7 days a week to meet the tight timelines we had set, and despite knowing that there was some buffer possible, he ensured to complete on the promised day.The prices quoted by Metro were unbeatable, and he even gave me a full breakdown of the cost drivers. Saved me a bunch of money too by somehow managing to strip down my old bathroom without destroying the tub. (Everyone else who quoted on my job told me that the tub would end up in the bin.)Raed project managed the whole thing in a very charming and organised manner. He was completely honest with me every day and gave me a status update on every planned activity per day. He liaised with the other tradespeople needed, so I only had to deal with Raed.We were so happy with his work, we called him to re-tile our kitchen splashback.If I had more bathrooms, I'd be calling this guy in to remodel those as well!!Legend, thank you very much for the awesome job, Raed!!!

Raed initially renovated our main bathroom and toilet, stripping everything out and rebuilding it, all whilst coordinating all the trades. He also re tiled the laundry which involved navigating cabinets that were laid on top of the old tiles, nothing was an issue and he did a wonderful job tiling to the cabinets - something other companies refused to even try.Raed’s work ethic, approach and enthusiasm to support us in getting the project competed within a short period was wonderful, particularly for our large family. Raed was even at our place finishing the job late on Christmas Eve, very dedicated and impressive.Given Raed’s approach we got him back recently to completely gut our walk in robes and ensuite and change the layout which needed new walls along with a new shower and toilet location, which was more complex given our house is on a concrete slab. Nothing was too difficult, we were kept updated at every step and again the job was completed quickly. We have been very impressed with Raed’s approach and have recommended him multiple times already to friends and family.. We would highly recommend Raed for any bathroom project - well done & thanks Raed.
