Monique was like a miracle worker. We’d had Quickbooks for six months, struggling madly and getting nowhere, until she quickly sorted the whole thing out.Now, for the first time in years, our books are reconciled perfectly, easily and effortlessly at the end of every month. Sheer genius!

I first met Monique in 2016 while I was working for a Company in Noosa, and she was called in to help with our BAS. Since then I have moved closer to Brisbane, and am now involved in a family business, but continue to call on Monique for her help and Services. We have worked together in Xero and now in Saasu, and she assisted me in the transition between the 2 accounting packages, and helped us to set up our new business. She is always friendly and available to help. She lodges our BAS for us and always reminds me of deadlines due. I would be lost without her!

Monique was instrumental in setting up my MYOB and produced my accounts for many years. When I changed businesses and scaled down somewhat Monique then trained me how to do Bank Reconciliations and my BAS. I found her very organised, efficient and willing to help out anywhere. Monique is a godsend. When I found her my small business financials were not up to date and I felt like I really needed help. Monique was very thorough and efficient and quickly set me up with a Xero account so all of my business expenses etc were easy to classify. This is a great system saving tons of time after initial setup, it works well for BAS and I find even I can run this system myself. Now I have much less stress regarding my business accounting. Monique is great to deal with, has a lovely manner and nothing is too much of a problem. I am very happy with the amount she charges for her time as well as I'm sure she goes above and beyond. We first started working with Monique in Noosa Heads in September 2013 when she reconciled our accounts. Soon after we arranged for her to visit our office once a week for a couple of hours where she took over responsibility for all of our data entry, BAS returns and payroll including superannuation returns. I had no idea how to do this, but I need not have worried as again Monique was on top of it.In January this year we moved our office to Melbourne and because of our great relationship continued to work with Monique and our accountant in Queensland and with the aid of technology nothing has changed.
