Really poor customer service. Their cakes are good but I will not return purely for their lack of customer service. They don’t have manners how to talk with customers.

Maryam was super friendly and very helpful with the process of ordering. She was very understanding and also her knowledge on how to present the cake was second to none. I would highly recommend anyone needing a cake for an event to come here.

Terrible customer service!The lady at the counter didn't have much manners at all. As soon as I entered the lady greeted me by darling" which is very unprofessional. Went to pick up two cakes for our company. She said by calling me "honey" that she couldn't find in the system. I said there wouldn't be many orders from companies for two cakes. She said phone your office. Office gave details and still couldn't find it.When I insisted she went at the back and came out with the cakes. That's all she had to do at the very first instance instead of making me wait 30 minutes.Plus no apologies from her. Terrible experience!"

Absolutely poor customer service at counter and over the phone. They don’t know how to talk to their valuable customer. Please don’t go to forest lake cheasecake shop, I ordered normal cake and i was given eggless, when i made a complaint they made excuses and refused to cope. Operator was so rude over the phone. Not recommended this shop at all. Thank you

the tiramisu torte is amazing here! i definitely would like to try the other cakes available, they look amazing. the service is adequate, there are some really friendly servers while others seem rude.

This should be 3.5 stars. These cakes are delicious, and the service I have received has always been ok. I am not sure if there has been a change in ownership or staff, but I have noticed a marked decline in the quality of the decorating the last couple of times I have bought cakes from here, specifically the mudcakes with chocolate bands around them. As such, I would carefully consider which cake I would buy for an occasion.
