Avoid!! David the gunna man can’t be trusted to deliver on time, waited over 7 days for a quote he kept saying he is typing up now, never got it. Went to 2 other mechanics after losing a week thanks to David, they both gave me their quotes while I was standing at their front desk.

Everything was fine until shortly after my service i notice my rim was scratch from the rattle gun when they have undone the bolts. I wouldnt have been upset as accidents happen, but when i have to find out myself then thats poor service. Honesty is eveything.

Can not and will not ever recommend this company worst service, constant excuses as to why it isn’t read. And then after 5 grand worth of work find out from another mechanic that they didn’t even fix the issue, cost me a further 1000 to fix. Dodgiest mechanical centre ever

Took my daughter's car in to get a roadworthy. It took 7months of me calling every week with the promise of they are working on it, it will be done by the end of the week. After the 7th month of waiting went in and asked for a quote for any work that had been done to it so that we could take the car and move on to somewhere else with it. Only to be told they don't currently have a quote or rough estimate. Another 2weeks pass after calling and going in several times we finally get the quote, only to find out that the car had been put into someone else's name and that only 2 things had actually been replaced, costing us close to $1500.Appalling customer service. Would not recommend.

Purchased a vehicle and my safety certicate was carried out by Woolcock Automotive. Took it to my workshop (tyre shop) and my 2 front tyres are not legal, outer tyre wear and peeling tread. I phoned and left a message never got a call back. Phoned again a week later spoke with Dave who said to send photos showing the wear.. the response I got from Dave was ..when it was done it was above the minimum requirements of 1.5mm. I do not recommend Woolcock Automotive, clearly got a dodgy road worthy, had to buy 2 tyres straight up and couldn't give me a reason why he didn't return my call the first time.

My son introduced me to David, the owner, and I was impressed with his knowledge and honesty when describing the issues affecting my son's car. I have since used Woolcock Automotive to service my Ssangyong Musso 2006 and was not disappointed. I highly recommend David and his crew all of your Automotive requirements.

I took my car here to have the locks fixed, tires rotated and a taillight replaced. They did a professional job and the price was really reasonable. I asked them to have a look at a few things I was unsure of (clutch), and was surprised when they told me nothing was wrong just regular wear — add honest to the list of things these guys are. Competent, reasonably priced and honest. I'll be back!
