Disappointing. The salesman treated me like I was stupid and sold me a damaged guitar, when I returned it, the one it was replaced with was also damaged. I give up. I’ll just get it serviced elsewhere rather than mess around with these guys any more.

Was quite disappointed, my expectations were high when I first heard about this place. Very terrible customer service, violent swearing and aggressiveness was clearly present. Don't come here to buy your instruments nor send your kids here to learn. I will never trust this place.

The person there that was helping me with finding a ukulele for a friend, by my side in case I had any questions, and struck up a friendly conversation while I was purchasing the ukulele, and even suggested some amazing pics when I was looking for some, when I had purchased my ukulele, he even tuned it and suggested some free apps and YouTube accounts that you could use to learn the ukulele. Really friendly staff, really clean place, and generally a good place.

I called asking about the Roland TD07KV drum kit they have on sale. The assistant that answered was friendly and helpful when I asked whether they had a Click n Collect service as I wanted to use PayPal to purchase. The website is awful to navigate and only provided a shipping option.He asked the manager (presumably the one everyone here complains about) whether I could use PayPal over the phone. This wasn't what I wanted as I was looking to use their website. I overheard the manager say, No

I was an keen customer of this store. I sent my boy here for violin two years, nice teacher. I purchase instruments, music books from them. But when I ringed the shop to postpone his classes due the covid restrictions and the male staff was really rude through the phone and I swear I will never come back to this store again.

This place is probably one of the worst places to purchase music instruments. There are disrespectful staff and the musical equipment is not of good quality. Upon entering the shop, a rude fat staff member disrespected a young teenager and started to use offensive language upon him. 0/10 WORST PLACE EVER.

You can definitely find a better place to send your kids for music lesson with the same or even lower price. They just want to sell the package (10 or 20 lessons) to you irrespective of your kids' progress or feedback. I has recently been told my package is done and urge me to buy package to continue, but they are confused of how many lessons be used... So, I quit.
