to anyone who wants to employ me, please respect the fact that I am a human being, and in being so, make mistakes, get things wrong and generally dont see eye to eye with some people. The amount of times this happens is small compared to the amount of times I get it right. And when I get it wrong , I make the effort to make good.36 years working for myself in the same location, and Ive come to the conclusion that you cant please everybody all the time.
