Chose Mannix to supply and install an air conditioner on recommendation from family. This week I had a Bonaire split system installed in my home; their salespeople are very helpful and were willing to work out the best possible outcome for my budget.Split system was installed, only to find the indoor unit had a major fault from factory; Grant was very prompt at rectifying the situation under warranty and I had this indoor unit replaced within 3 days. I’m very pleased at the quick response, and will definitely recommend your services to anyone who needs HVAC work!

What an awesome experience, from the first phone call with Grant Welsh (Parafield), to the installation crew and Scott, the electrician – all providing amazing service and support. I can highly recommend the Fujitsu ARTG45LHTA, it heats the entire house very quickly and is quiet and energy efficient. The anywAiR controller is brilliant. It’s great to be able to switch the system on from my phone, 10 minutes before arriving home from a night out, and being welcomed to a toasty warm house. We are now looking forward to enjoying the oncoming summer in cool, dry comfort. We believe that we have made a great investment. Thank you Mannix and Fujitsu.

We required our ducted A/C replaced after 20 years. I decided to use Mannix at Parafield and have not regretted this decision. From the help in selecting the appropriate system, Fujitsu, by Grant Welsh (Design Consultant) to the installation by Andy and team, within 10 days of accepting the quote, and the extra service provided by Scott Arlington's electrical team, I am so pleased we chose Mannix Air Parafield.

I received my first Bonaire split system installation in November 2019. The service from Haydn was great. Professional, welcoming, helpful, courteous and funny actually. His installers were prompt, professional, did a great job. Never an issue from start to finish.With this in mind, I contacted Haydn a week ago Sept 2020, and ordered another unit for my home. He remembered me and we had a nice chat on the phone. Once again, fabulous service, prompt, booked the installation. Easy. The installers were really nice guys, happy, efficient, really easy to talk to and they knocked the job over without fuss or any problems at all.I am very happy with the Mannix Parafield team and wont hesitate to contact them if I need anything further, and if my friends and family want a recommendation.Thanks team, appreciate it.Lia

When most companies get you in and out as fast as possible so they can close when you walk in 15 mins before closing time but Grant showed genuine interest in spending the time to quote a system and discuss my requirements not knowing if he was going to get a sale or not.The professionalism and friendliness continued when it came to install day from the moment the team arrived to the time they finished the job.Took time to make sure we were happy with the install and ASKED us to check that everything was working and to our satisfaction before they left and not only packed up all their rubbish but took it !!I hope that my thanks will be passed onto the install team also for a fantastic job and great attitude..Highly recommend Mannix Parafield and we will not hesitate to use them again.

Amazing service from beginning to end!!! I had been dealing with Grant for my installation in my new build and he always replied to my emails promptly, which is very rare at the moment. I immediately felt comfortable with him, his service and his hard work proved that he deserved my sale.The installers, Michael and Tony were spectacular. They were friendly, professional and worked incredibly hard to complete the job in a timely manner.Scott who finished off the electrical work was awesome as well, he explained the controls and was very thorough.The entire experience was thorough and the entire team conducted themselves with utmost professionalism, topped off with a great product.If you are ever considering a product offered by Mannix Parafield, dont bother looking anywhere else.
