We have been here numerous times, and every meal has been amazing! I think they may of had some teething issues on opening, hence some of the low ratings, but I can honestly say every meal here has been very tasty, great quality, decent size, and top notch service. Repeat visitors now, bringing along friends, family and everyone has enjoyed! It's our go to restaurant in Coogee! ❤️

Best quality seafood platter I’ve had in Perth! Perfect to share between 2 with really fresh produce and thoughtfully put together flavour-wise. Beautiful view as well. Restaurant is a nice fit out too. Good selection of beers.

The Coogee Boathouse Eats & Sips
Have been there 3 times in approx 6 mths, the food is generally really good each time. Last visit there was a order (system issue) it took approximately 1hr for the food to reach the table once we followed up on the delay. The team apologised and explained the docket issue. Food was still good and we received some extras for the delay.

A good spot to relax by the water when the weather is nice with a view of the boats. The Turkish bread with salted butter was great! Seafood chowder was nice and creamy with a good amount of mixed seafood. Good quality chips and big portion of fish in the fish and chips.

Very loud and busy. Nice meals but hard to order as we had to go up to the counter and a separate counter for drinks. Table service would be better, only because of the confined space. We had to shout to talk. We were able to book which was good and it was warm inside. Good wait time. Yummy food

The fried chicken was the blandest thing I have ever eaten, and adding the herb mayo made it even worse. Also sadly my margarita came out half full. Two sips and it was all over. I had the best margaritas there before this so hopefully it was a one-off.

I went here today, I ordered the battered snapper, the moment I sat down the meal was brought out, I asked for cutlery and was told to go back inside to get it.The chips were all formed together in one lump and were cold, and the fish was also cold, oily, I had 2 bites and couldn’t eat anymore. It came out within minutes of ordering and was not fresh at all. For an expensive pub, this was a terrible experience. I have felt sick since due to the poor quality of the food. I heard another lady sitting near me voice the same concerns about her meal, she had ordered the same as I did, I chose not to complain as I didn’t want to be difficult.

Amazing chilli mussels, they have turned this place into a great feel venue lounges, fire, great outdoor area facing the ocean... and service was friendly and spot on.
