PWR group is a great training platform to have and achieve results. It will allow you to feel and look confident in the gym and improve your overall strength. I’ve lost 5kg of fat in 6 months and put on quite a decent amount of muscle overall. The feedback given is key to my success in achieving results and staying disciplined with my weekly training program.

PWR Group has been a game changer for me. I went from a work/gym routine to travelling around Australia which was a bit destabilising for my workouts. Initially I felt really stuck with how to train without the group environment/encouragement I had enjoyed at my gym. Now, I have fortnightly check-ins over the phone with Nathan, and use his advice in conjunction with the app to guide my workouts as I go. PWR Group allows me the flexibility that travelling demands while being able to also develop consistency and routine with my workouts. The results have been amazing. I’ve increased my strength, fitness, and energy levels. I have also noticed my clothes fitting better and it’s been a boost to my general mood to have an enjoyable workout routine again. Highly recommend.

This program saw me achieve fantastic results. The PWR App made the training program easy to follow, providing video examples of each exercise along with easy effective ways to track my results in the gym. The nutrition advice and regular check ins with Nathan around my progress was super beneficial. PWR kept me motivated and accountable which I loved. The trainers at PWR GROUP have so much knowledge and put so much effort into their programs. The program not only helped me to understand the type of training I needed to build strength and lean muscle, but also how to optimise my energy through training and nutrition. Dropping a couple of kilos in time for summer was a bonus, too!

Simply, with his help I am achieving my goal of losing body fat and increasing my muscle, one which I have really struggled with for years. With his help I have lost over 10kg on the scales, lost over 60+cm all over. My strength has more than doubled. Could not recommend PWR Group enough. I started with their programs in April with performance goals of 100kg hip thrust, 100kg deadlift and squat 1x my bodyweight. This week I managed 170kg hip thrust, and have hit all my other performance goals including 20 pushups in a row. I’m in the best shape of my life both physically and performance-wise. Love the exercise selections and how the programs are tailored to personal goals and factors.

I recently opened a small business and I have been extremely time poor. I had neglected my health and put on some extra weight. Not only did PWR group help me loose the extra weight I was carrying they also gave me the support and education needed to implement healthier habits into my life. I feel lighter, happier and have more consistent energy throughout the day. I honestly couldn’t recommend PWR enough!
