Whilst the food was pretty standard for Maccas, my grilled chicken wrap was nicely made.Seemed a bit slow on getting orders ready but not just for me.The eating areas were dirty. Food scraps on the tables and underneath on the floors. It was takeaway only as I think it was getting close to closing time but was surprised at how dirty it was. Don't know whose responsibility it is, but very off putting and unhygienic.Travellers on the road so not likely to drop in again.

Everything was great except the coffee. Just milk and water with little coffee mixed. I have never had such bad coffee before. Only try their coffee if you need a hot drink for your bad throat. The environment was great. Very convenient location inside BP trucksstop on princess highway towards Melbourne side.

I've visited more hygienic wet markets than this place. It is filthy. The tables, the floors, and the toilets are all disgusting and are rarely cleaned.

Not your typical truck stop maccas. I absolutely refuse to stop at any of the others along the route to Geelong as this one seems to be the only one that makes a decent coffee.

Can’t beat the double or more sausage muffin for a seedy morning. Coffee is a bit touch and go. Some days it’s great others it’s a miss.

Very Poor customer service. Waited 45 minutes for our food that we spent over $70 on. Then was told they had 10 coffees to make before us and refused to make them till all other orders were finished. Lady refused to make them in the end and gave us 2 cokes instead which we didn’t want. Food was cold and taste like cardboard. Couldn’t even wash it down with a decent drink. One star is generous!

A great stop on the way down the coast, the food it always fresh and staff friendly.I've dropped the score on the atmosphere,due to the kids play area not being open.This used to be the best reason to stop here. as young kids under 3 could play safely with parent supervision. It makes the rest of the drive a bit more enjoyable.it's much harder to stop with young kids after an hour or so in the car they need a run and the area isn't really safe for young kids.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I have received tonight I had a door dash order delivered to me of a total amount being 123$ and wasMissing 3 large chips, 1 box of 10 nuggets out of 2 and 1 happy mealso I had rang the store up and let them know that about the missing items and got called a liar by the manager that packed the order I have previously had troubles with my orders from this store but not once have I been treated with so much disrespect so now my 19 month old doesn't get her food and I 29 weeks pregnant am really upset that my family doesn't get a full meal

Positives: good location generally clean toilets lots of room with other fast food like redrooster, its fairly nice and newNegatives: It's right next to the abattoirs and it stinks bad outside at times, it's Mcdonalds guys don't expect it to be good food, mcdonalds has gone down hill big time over the last few years. The staff here aren't too bad compared to other maccas I mean I did have an argument with the Indian manager a while back but again but these things happen. And if you are getting it delivered it's never going to be super warm as they pack it in paper and it won't fit in the delivery bags and also they've never bothered ensuring the drivers have insulated bags unlike other businesses. This is Australia and world wide though.
