Still waiting for my TV Unit - 1 to 3 weeks for delivery to a store for collection is terrible Customer Service. I went back the store l purchased unit from a couple od days later and told there was no way to track when item would be despatched from Warehouse. This shouldn't be a too difficult process to implement into your Company. It seems that since you receive payment all Customer Service ceases.
