I'd like to see the educators certificates. Pulled my apprentice out because he was honest with me and said no, I cannot show you these things I have learnt" so you can sign me off because we didn't do it. He gave me his booklets

the front desk staff very let me disappointed. they have staff sitting on there desk ,don't care about the students waiting on there. I wish none have to experience same like me. yes the curly pony wear glasses lady I am talking about you. when student needs help you just don't want to do more customers service jobs.

This campus is very open and offers a great space for learning. Also with a canteen for any snack/drink requirements. Nothing out of the ordinary for a tafe just a great place to learn.

I was enrolled here & it was terrible. I withdrew from my course & then months later I found out they never even took me out from the class! They stopped the payments & that was it.... The staff were extremely lazy & I will never be going back.I was handing in assessment & it was never marked. The teachers would often not turn up to class! Or they would just be late & then the students would be expected to stay waiting around for them.I highly suggest you don't enroll here.

the Customer service is a broken system, you will waste your time, with those staff, they are not doing anything just sitting on there ,when you ask for help they don't care, I felt disappointed.and discriminate 。 the lady wear glasses a curl hair.

Bracken Ridge TAFE campus is small but mighty. Fantastic teachers who are willing to share their knowledge beyond the curriculum. Support staff from student services to library services and student support are all amazing people. I highly recommend studying at this campus.

I have had a very poor experience with Bracken Ridge TAFE. There is not much teacher involvement or teacher continuity particularly in the flexi program for the apprenticeship that I am doing. You're given assessments and workbooks but then left on your own, there is 1 teacher for way too many students so you're lucky to get 5 minutes of help in an 8 hour class day. Not good for curriculum progress or for student mental health. This campus is great in many aspects but if you're coming here for this program I would recommend against.
