He contacted me less than 24 hours with a proof for my custom product and also accommodated changes to my order without hesitation. His communication was always polite and incredibly timely. My husband and I were extremely happy with the customer service and expertise by both Nancy and Mark. Our invitations, bombineres, place-cards, wishing well box, seating chart and thank you cards looked amazing. I would recommend any couple to experience their outstanding work.

The man who works here needs to improve on his customer service skills! Like if retail isn’t for you find another career I seen you be extremely rude to a lady yesterday when I was shopping with my wife yesterday. I was shocked to say the least speaking down to her & being rude is not a good look for a business. We will not be returning great range of stock horrible customer service
