I have never been treated so poorly than I was here the other night. I ordered my food, then proceeded to stand near the counter for an hour and 10 minutes before I went up and asked (politely) how much longer it would be as I ordered 1 hour and 10 minutes ago. The terrifying women (who I was too intimidated to approach before, but I thought that an hour and 10 minutes was a bit much) snapped back at me that if I wanted fast food then I should have gone to McDonald’s… I got my food 10 minutes later and it was definitely not worth waiting for - the chicken ‘burger’ was 2 microwaved tenders, and the chips were undercooked. The whole experience was really horrible, the whole time I was standing there, the owner (I guess, she was yelling at her kids in the kitchen the whole time and complaining about working on a public holiday) never once let me know there was a huge delay, and showed absolutely zero concern that one of her customers is standing there for over an hour. Literally could not care less. And then had a go at me for asking how much longer it would be. Really really really terrible for so many reasons, awful place.
