From the very first contact, they demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring that my needs were met and that I felt comfortable and supported throughout my stay.The accommodation itself was of a very high standard, with all the amenities and facilities that I needed to feel at home. The location was also excellent, with easy access to public transport and a range of local amenities.What really stood out to me, however, was the level of care and attention provided by the staff at Caring Hearts. I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff at caring hearts who took such great care of my dad at their home .The care home was clean with a lovely movie area which was both comfortable and homely .The staff act more like a caring member of the family and really listen to the needs of the individual while being respectful & dignifying them.A special thanks to Adam who was fantastic at managing his respite stay , he responded to every call, question and message quickly and efficiently to Sonja Raj who is such a beautiful hearted women and truely cares, respects and understands the needs of her individual clients and most importantly makes the effort to learn about them to elevate the level of care she can show .
