Andy was professional and courteously and we would recommend him to friends and family. He was readily available if we had any questions which made us feel at ease and comfortable with the process.

Unfortunately we didn't get the customer service that I thought this company would provide for the purchase of our new home. Andy sold us our home and i wouldnt like anyone else to feel like he made us feel. I had to chase up on alot of things and was spoken to like a child, telling us we should just be grateful and not listening to any concerns we asked about the property, he actually hand balled us to his secretary that I later found out she was not a secretary she was just as qualified as him. We recieved a bunch of keys that only one fitted the whole house lucky they left the house back door unlocked for the past month of us having it Insured again not happy about being called a liar. Internally and externally the property was dirty and gardens not done before settlement day like I was told it would be.Definitely avoid this agent if you would like to enjoy the experience of buying your own home.

We live overseas, and sell our property through Century 21.As of the writing of this post, our house has been sold.It's not easy, particularly in post-COVID.We were guided by Andy Nguyen, a professional agent. We are impressed by how well him and Century 21 team were able to use their expertise to make everything fast and simple for us.We appreciate their excellent service.
