I ordered a XS bag during their big sale, it was $55. It arrived all wrapped as new, but after opening the plastic seal the bag itself was actually stained in 3 places. I emailed customer service very politely and included photos and they responded: “sale items are final and if you want to exchange you will need to pay the return postage yourself” regardless whether this item was a sale item or not, it still should of been delivered in NEW condition, not DIRTY! They didn’t reply to me after I asked why they weren’t covering the return postage. I’m out of pocket for postage on an item that they delivered stained.

I bought a dusty pink XL bag + an organiser and I LOVE it. It’s the most pretty bag I’ve ever owned. It’s perfect size to be used as a nappy bag for my 2 year old as well as my everyday hand bag.If you are thinking about buying one - do it. You won’t regret it!

I love all my Prene Bags, from my original Brighton bag, to my Pixie and Hot Pink Backpack but the XS Bag is the perfect daily. Either as a cross body or hand held it's the perfect size to fit what you need without being too large. The fact that it is a cross body makes life easier when carrying multiple bags either for work or school pick up.

Choose wisely. I purchased a metallic silver Prene Tote bag and after 2 weeks it is showing signs of wear. Plus is has developed a hole, which is not due to wear, because it’s in a place that doesn’t get worn! This bag will look awful very soon. Disappointed. Customer service was prompt, but only offered me a discount to purchase another bag. Which I won’t use because I don’t want yet another bag which will wear out and look scruffy. I want to love these bags so much...

Loved the bum/waist bag so much I ordered an additional 4 for friends and family. It fits snuggly. Has two good size zipped pouches so can store credit card and phone separately. Also very comfortable and light. Well done Prene.

The XS Bag (BLACK) Neoprene Crossbody / Hand Bag has to be one of the best bags I have owned. It is a fantastic size to use whether going in to the office or using as a casual bag on the weekend. I can't recommend it highly enough. It is versatile and great value for money.

I purchased the Sunday bag in grey as a baby bag (first Prene product I’ve ever bought) and I have to say IM IN LOVE! This bag is perfect for busy mums, travellers or even working ladies who need versatility! BUY ONE!!!It’s light, a great size to fit EVERYTHING! the compartments are amazing (especially the under compartment) and if it’s packed to the brim the material stretches to allow you to zip it all up easy as! And when you take everything out it still keeps its shape PLUS you can chuck it in the washing mashing!!!I also bought 2 of the X BAGS from their seconds sale and I honest to god CANNOT FIND A SINGLE THING WRONG!Compared to all the “similar” products out there the Prene brand (excuse the language) s*^#s all over them in every single way! Quality, versatility, colour, look and tbh once you have one Prene bag you can’t help yourself!I’ll certainly be buying more for myself and also as gifts to get others onto the Prene bandwagon also!!!!Do yourself a justice and buy one! You won’t be disappointed!!!

The Prene cross body & west coast cross body bags are a grest affordable bag that I buy constantly as gifts. Being machine washable is a God send. I finally got 2 for myself! Love the outside pockets on west coast cross body bag. My neck & shoulders thank me daily!! An easy comfortable bag for everyday use. Thx Prene.

I have at least 10 Prene Bags and rotate between styles and colours weekly. The best bags I have ever owned. No wonder I see them EVERYWHERE in Melbourne. The only presents I ever buy for my friends and family - they are never disappointed.
