The feeling you get when you arrive at Coastal Therapies is warm and inviting. Lara is the most amazing Osteopath. She releases the tension in my neck and shoulders and makes me feel free again. Can't recommend the whole team highly enough.

If you want the perfect experience with an Osteopath then Coastal Therapies is the place to girl. The amazing girls Lara and Ash make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door and safe/calm while receiving your treatment (even if it may be a little ouch). They go above and beyond to assist their clients and always a message away if you have questions. Cant fault this practice at all. Did I mention you leave feeling on Cloud 9!! A+++++++ LOVE THIS PLACE

Highly recommend you see Lara if you’ve been struggling with muscle pain, flexibility and Mobility.I’ve been seeing Lara regularly for 6 months now, after being recommended by a friend in my late stages of pregnancy.I honestly look forward to every visit.I’m left feeling a massive reduction in aches and pains after our visit and my flexibility improves dramatically. Girl knows her stuff!Big plus… the clinic is very kid friendly. So Mama’s can put a little self care into themselves, no excuses!!
