My family and I have been seeing Rachel for hair cuts/colour for a long time. She takes the time to listen to my styling/colour requests and is diligent with her service at every appointment making sure I leave her salon happy.

Rachel has been cutting and styling my hair for about 9 months. She always does a fabulous job. She makes suggestions about the styles and colours that will best suit me. Rachel always offers me a hot drink with a small snack on every visit. I have had so many compliments on how stylish my hair looks since switching to Rachel as my hairdresser! She is reasonably priced for her services. I would recommend Rachel to anyone.

Rachel is such an amazing hairdresser and human being altogether. She is someone that understands not only different hair types, how colours work, melt and blend altogether. She is the best hairdresser I’ve been to after having rather frustrating experiences at every other salon I’ve been to. It’s amazing to finally have someone listen to you, understand what maintaining your hair is like with your lifestyle!

I’ve been seeing Rachel consistently for almost three years now and my hair has never been in better condition! As someone with very thick hair it has always been hard to manage but Rachel has made my hair and life so much easier! She always helps me achieve exactly what I want with cut and colour, and I could not recommend anyone more highly.

Rachel is a fantastic hairdresser and has been helping me repair my damaged hair. I have been very happy with the styles and colours she has done for me and for the time and effort she has put in to give me information, recommendations and options.

Rachel has been cutting my hair for years and I have recently gone back for the last two years to have my hair coloured blonde. Rachel does the most amazing job with very fine highlights so all the blending between my roots and the blonde, transition out and regrow so well. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my blonde which is a testament to how well Rachel performs with colour. My hair is still is so healthy and long despite having colour in and I am overall very happy with how my hair looks and feels on a daily basis. I would highly recommend Rachel.

Rachel has been cutting my hair for last 10 years and her service is second to none! I am always greeted with a friendly smile and offered a hot beverage. She always takes the time to listen to what I’m after and executes it perfectly while taking into account my hair thickness and texture. The price is very reasonable when you think about the great service she provides, and the care and attention she puts into her work. Rachel has been my hairdresser for a year. I look forward to every time I visit, as I am warmly greeted with a big smile and a cup of tea. She does a really great job at cutting and styling my hair, I always walk away feeling confident and very satisfied. She is very approachable and is willing to spend a long time with each client. Rachel even styled my bridal party’s hair for my wedding. Very happy with her as my hairdresser.

Hidden gem in Epping. I have curly hair and get nervous going to new hairdressers, but Rachel did such a great job during the consultation that I immediately felt at ease, and the cut turned out perfectly. She has a great eye and passion for her work and it shows! I booked my next appointment on the spot and can’t wait to be back.

Rachel is by far the most wonderful hairdresser I've come across in Sydney.I have curly hair, prefer low maintenance and very apprehensive to trust someone with my hair because of my past experiences. Most of the hairdressers I met before Rachel couldn't wait to straighten my curls out or try and upsell the benefits of straight hair.But with Rachel it was the opposite - she complimented my curls, sat down to talk with me about how I look after my hair and answered all my questions before I could book an appointment with her. I've felt very comfortable trusting Rachel with my hair and she's always made me feel beautiful when I walk out of her salon. The best part about this place is it feels like I'm going in to meet a friend over coffee - such a welcoming and warm space.I'm so sad I've now moved away from Sydney and have to find another hairdresser.
