Because as soon as I pulled up into the driveway , the team and staff was very kind and welcoming , they listened and helped me with whatever I need and supplied me the equipment I need to get my job/task done, there customer service and satisfaction to client was highly recommended. I hired a carpet cleaner from these guys. Online booking, pickup and drop off was super smooth. The staff member that processed my pickup was excellent - he showed me how to use the carpet cleaner and helped me get it into my car. Thanks to the advice I received at pick up I was able to whip through the carpet cleaning in no time and they came up a treat. Excellent service and equipment!

Amazing customer service from these guys! Daniel M and Todd B went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They arranged for a delivery of another machine because what I ordered wasn’t complete and when I said I could not return it because it wouldn’t fit in my car they can to come to collect it as well! No extra cost to me! Amazing friendly service and they couldn’t do enough to help me! ThanksGuys for making what would have been a difficult day easier!
