We truly appreciated the services that were provided by Thumps Up Community Services for my sister during her illness. The staff were always very helpful and personable in their approach. They listened to our needs and were very prompt in responding to any issues we had. We feel they made what was a very difficult situation a little easier for our family. We would highly recommend this organisation.

I have been using thumbs up for over a year now for my son. The staff at thumbs up are amazing i feel its not just a job for them they care about their clients and family. They listen to what your needs are and understand that some days clients might have a bad day and that is what is so importent to me. The directer is very nice to talk to and fast to get things started. I cant say any thing bad about thumbs up. Great servic
