Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Adelaide Airport

Very slow service. We have been waiting for almost 45 minutes for 4 people in front of us. Only 1 person is at the counter and unable to process to release the car reservation quickly. Not efficient service if you are rushing to go with your appointment meeting. Not recommended and never use their service ever again.

Hidden fees and lack of communication after the key is dropped - still haven't got my deposit back six days after I returned the car! Update: contacted the customer services and they sorted it out asap.

Picked up car early Saturday morning from Adelaide airport, was upgraded to a MGM SUV and was highly grateful.Staff member was ever so courteous, efficient and very informative with how the car worked and where to fill up on the way back to airport.Another staff member took the keys when we arrived back and was ever so courteous as well.Would highly recommend them.

I arrived late (1 hour) due to a flight delay. Sandeep stayed and waited despite him absolutely having no need for him to.Made our trip so much easier as we had an onward journey that evening and made it seem like it was no problem that he stayed later. A true 5 star service. Car was great as well!

We were not very impressed as we arrived by cruise ship which was delayed by 2 hours due to power issues. I tried phoning your office many times before we eventually arrived at the Airport around 11.30am for a 9am collection. There was no answer, no voicemail and one message which said the mailbox was full? Just before we entered the terminal one of your team tried calling to ask where we were. I mentioned these issues to the man on duty who was both uncaring and not very helpful.Car was fine but overall experience was very disappointing. Get your phones fixedSincerelyDavid Souter

1) they refused to come out and tick off the damage. Just take photos I was told.2) the car had medical waste left behind. A per jar.3) grubby interior.4) the battery went flat. Date code of the battery was 4.5 years old. Should have been replaced at 3 years.5) customer service won’t pickup the phone so I found a managers mobile number. (Removed name and no)5)stranded with a couple of hours wait and most likely I will be charged 200 dollars.Stay well away

First time with Enterprise. Excellent experiences. So easy, quick and cheap. I would recommend to all travellers to to with Enterprise first before trying other more familiar rentals.

No one answers the phone, I had to pay $1000 deposit it’s been 5 days and they haven’t refunded my deposit. Their contact message system doesn’t accept the Australian locations so it won’t finalise the message. Not happy

This is the second time we have used Enterprise Rent-A-car service and I really like that they ring the day before to confirm. The process of picking up and dropping off is effortless and we have been lucky both times to be upgraded....bonus.

Rented a car from Adelaide airport. First vehicle we received was extremely dirty inside, dirty outside and a few dents and dings on the outside so went back and asked for another vehicle. Received another vehicle without issue but the second vehicle was also dirty on the inside but clean on the outside but also had a few dents.The vehicle inside needs a complete detail. I don't think it was cleaned inside at all before being rented out again. There were liquid streaks on the inside of both the driver and passenger side doors - where the bottle holders were. Definitely didn't use the bottle holders on either door. Around the gear stick there looked to be a largish coffee puddle.We travel a few times a year and have rented cars from different rental car companies in different states and this one has been the worse in regards to cleanliness of the vehicle.It was the first time we have rented through this company and it will be the last.
