Really helpful staff and great service. We’re super interested in my pet and of course I love that because he’s my pride and joy. Didn’t feel like I had walked into a big chain store at all.

took my old baby here for our final moments.the staff was lovely and managed to slip us in for a time slot when they were already reasonably busy. honestly beautiful, made a hard moment go a lot easier on myself and my family.

Purchased a $204 dog bed.Was destroyed in less than 24 hours by a dog that has never damaged a bed before.Manager refused to refund the day after it was purchased.The staff member that sold it to me assured me it was tough and would last as she had the same one.

The Petstock grooming staff are amazing, I've been taking our dog there for a few years now. Never been happier with the results and our dog is always excited to go.

Booked our little dog in for 11am from grooming. Came back at 1pm, he was only just being started. Came at 2pm still not ready.2.55pm our dog was ready. You can see they rushed at the end, they missed bits.very disappointed with result and the time taken. Why book.!!!.Staff were friendly, no apologies, no discount, full price charged, 4 hrs taken. Had to cancel other appointments.Sorry lost a customer for life.
