Cutting Crew

Went in for a trim following a perm. I advised the hairdresser that I only wanted a trim and wanted my hair long enough to blow wave and curl with a brush. As you can see from the pictures, the hairdresser has butchered my hair. It is virtually a crew cut and I cannot style my hair at all. When I approached the hairdresser about my hair, she told me that it would grow back" and that I was ruining her hairdressing career! She showed no professionalism and I have paid $40 to have my hair destroyed! I feel incredibly embarrassed about the state of my hair and I have to live with this until it eventually grows back. I will never have my hair cut here again and will be telling all my friends to steer clear of the Cutting Crew."

My haircut was OK but the 2 others I went with were not happy, the hairdresser did not listen to what they asked for and they were rude when asked to do what we wanted never go here, there are many better places that are cheaper

This place is overpriced, charged $30 for a kids haircut and the quality was average at best. Definitely wont be coming here again. One to Avoid if possible save your hard earned $$$ and spend it elsewhere.

Asked for about 20cm/4 off and showed her with my fingers. I said I still want to plait it and wear it on top of my head. I showed her with my fingers. I said I didn't want a blunt cut but a small amount of feathering

2 Different hairdressers, cuts months apart. Exact same issue. Didn't listen to what I said I wanted and took off a large chunk of hair I specifically requested to not be touched.

Went here recently and it was terrible. The only reason I am giving it 1 star is because it is impossible for 0. Person cutting my hair didn't listen to what I wanted, which made the top of my head too short, and they butchered my hairline. My friend also got a haircut with me, and they didn't use the clippers on the back of his head correctly, now he has patches of longer hair on his head. Overpriced completely. Please do not go here if you don't want to be disappointed. Any positive review is a bot.

I've been here three times in the past year.The first for a haircut followed by two trims. For some reason I paid more each time. The last time I'll be paying $60 for an inch trim while sitting next to somebody who had a $40 cut and style.

I've been getting my hair cut here for a few years and though I have had a bad cut once or twice when they have had a newbie cutting hair there I've been happy.. I have to comment on one of the reviews below... the person states that she asked for 20cm to be cut she then says that's about 4 inches??? on what planet? 20cm is about 8 inches not 4... then further down she says she wanted only 10cm cut... make up your mind... did you want 2inches cut off or 8! laughs... and I saw the photos she claims they cut off 40cm which is 16inches.. NO WAY did they cut that much off... not based on the photos! get real!

Haven't frequented in years. Didn't answer my repeated phone calls so I went elsewhere. Used to do good, cheap cuts but no idea now...

I took my son here about a year a go. He always gets short back and sides, spiky on top with a bit of a fringe what isn't staight across. We've asked for that cut dozens of times at many salons without a problem. This time we got a weird cut with a crooked fringe, short all over. The manager took one look and tried to fix it. It ended up just short all over and we still had to pay.
