Competitive Garages & Patios + Competitive Concrete

We had a 3x3 concrete slab and garden shed erected. Fantastic experience with this company from beginning to end. The admin staff were polite, helpful and kept me up to date with the job status. The tradesmen were on time and did a great job, they even dug up my old clothes line at no extra cost. Very competitive pricing. I will be using these guys for any future projects. Highly recommend.

Shocking workmanship!! I have 2 roller doors and 1 p.a door. All 3 are faulty. The 2 roller doors have been so badly installed that they jump out of there tracks at the end of there travel. Have to keep a set of ladders at the ready to refit the door after use. The p.a. door was so badly installed that the hinge screws fell out after a few uses. The door frame is also twisted but the installer thought it was quite acceptable. I have another shed that i have used for the past 10 years and never had a problem with any of the doors.The cream colour bond is also faded in two areas which I cannot attribute to Competitive" but the workmanship is definitely down to them. The warranty and after sales service( or lack of it ) is just non existent. After waiting 10 weeks I have to assume that the warranty period has expired and that I will have to employ someone more competent to finish the job.I should have gone with my first instincts and pulled out after the heated argument with the very arrogant salesman but decided to not risk losing my $750 deposit. On reflection that was my big mistake."

We got a number of quotes for a patio cover. Most were more expensive and one cheaper than Competitive Patios. After reading previous reviews, we decided to go with Competitive, and we're glad we did.From start to finish we could not be happier. Each step of the way was on time and as promised.Installation was top notch. Thanks to all the team at Competitive. They dealt with a few council issues I had and did everything they could to ensure my shed was up just before our house was finished. The office was great and made the process a breeze plus Mick the concreter & his boys pour an awesome slab!! Couldn't be happier! :) Thanks to all involved - we will return for a Patio very soon! :) :)

Was an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Competitive. I asked for what I wanted and I received. It's amazing how many other companies no longer understand the concept of give the customer what they want, not what you want to give them. Very happy with the end result.

Competitive garages were great to deal with! They came out after hours because my husband and I work so far away. Out of the 3 quote we got they were not only the cheapest but beat to deal with. Once council approval was back our amazing patio was up in no time at all!!! Can't wait to involve them on the next project!

We’ve used Mick and his crew twice now! Very happy with the quality and professionalism. They went above and beyond to meet our request.

The company was great and helpful with the initial planning and setup however there was error made on the companies behalf and it was quick to fall apart after that.After the altercation they became rude, deceptive and misleading. They assured an item was designed for the product that was sold however I contacted the item manufacturer and they informed me that the information was incorrect . They tired to sell it to me cheaper however after I declined they installed it anyway. After a heated conversation they ordered new products and fitted them.After 3 months, parts of the colorbond started to faid at no fault of the company, however their customer service has been less than satisfactory. They refuse to come come out past 3pm to evaluate if a valid warranty claim is entitled. This is still the case after multiple contact attempts.
