IDEAS website is a fantastic resource for those who require information on all areas of disability. I have used the website to find service providers in my area for my son, so I don't have to do it! :) Keeping up-to-date by receiving the e-News is also beneficial. Thank you IDEAS.

IDEAS' info line has the most relevant and update to date information for people with a disability. It is an absolutely vital service during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Absolutely FANTASTIC service. The question I asked was not a simple one and Kristy couldn't answer me over the phone immediately. She consulted the team to find the resource needed to answer my question and communicated this very clearly and promptly to me, which I fully appreciated as it was a time critical issue.
