I bought a carpet shampoo machine at the end of August and used it once it broke down. When I rang them on the 30 of November the lady I spoke to said she would need to speak to someone and would ring me the next morning. She did not ring me and I want my money back because I now need to get someone to come out at short notice and have my carpets cleaned when I should have been able to use the machine to do it. This is not good enough. One star is to good for this store

James in the tech department was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was happy to price match a couple of big ticket items. Service was great, highly recommend James and this store.

as with all Harvey Norman outlets. we're here for the electronics section, not the furniture. staff there are pretty helpful, and most will usually know their stuff. prices are pretty competetive, but as always - wait for their sales and clearance prices which comes along every now and again.

Enter car regio plate number in pay machine for 2hrs free parking. Very happy with the easy to use compact push button sr-dr181 Panasonic 10cup rice cooker on sale for a$139 sold at this store.

Waiting at the pick-up for about 15mins. Ringing the bell. Nothing. Called the number “the woman will be there soon” (zero apology)…continue to wait…more bell pushes…nothing…shame they’ve already taken my payment!! Go elsewhere if you can!

Never trust!!!! I brought a DVD tuner LG and they never fixed it after i sent it back 3 times over East, why why why!!!! Every time still came back broken, you cost me 2300 dollars!!! I'LL NEVER GO THROUGH YOU AGAIN!!!!

Love Harvey Norman but this Harvey Norman is the bestHelpful, polite and sales person didnt hang around trying to push the sale so was more relaxed while shopping .

Great store, have gotten many things from here over the years. Good technical knowledge and after-sales support.Mark in AV in particular has been a legend in advice on TVs, projectors, and sound. Would 100% recommend his services if you're in the market!
