Excellent experienced vet with great advice and time to really look after your pet.

I took my dog in to be seen by the male vet. The office staff and nurses were amazing. Unfortunately that couldn't be said for the vet. I was lectured about poor training and how my dog ruled the roost. He was very dismissive and rude. As symptoms continued I demanded that my husband come to the vet. 4 weeks later when we had the tough decision to put my dog to sleep. The Vet didn't sedate the dog, and our dog howled in pain as the injection was given and afterwards. We watched in horror. The Vet said the nurse will be in shortly to put the dog in a garbage bag. I am still mortified at our treatment.

Very well equipped vet hospital and staff are very friendly and understanding. Highly recommend their services

Great service and very caring staff

Very rude and poor service by the vet Rob. He called me a liar and refused to let me talk to my husband about our dog so that he could have all the information.I decided to take my dog to another vet and found out he was actually very sick and needed urgent help.I wouldn't recommend this place if you want a through service for your pets. It felt as if I was just being used to give him money.

Always an excellent vet practice to take my dogs to. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. The staff are friendly, professional and highly skilled. Popped in today for annual vaccines……….. my dogs think they went to be patted they had no idea they had been given an injection. Thank you

Started going to Lockyer Ave Vet a couple years ago and haven't looked back. I take both my cats here and I've also taken stray cats to locate their owners. Always helpful, friendly and very knowledge staff.
