Parisi will charge you 20% 'restocking' fee if you return any of their items. So ensure you are certain about what you are ordering.When I questioned Jemma from South Melbourne store she verbatim said 'we have to charge this otherwise we will go broke'......!! wow great response from Jemma who claims to be the Melbourne Manager".Highway robbery. On a $866 basin Parisi kept $174 of my hard earned cash. Will not be purchasing from them ever again."

Great products. I bought 8 toilet systems, 7 basins and one bath. Love all the products. After sales service was not as good. One of the toilet systems was missing some screws from the packaging and rep made me pay for them.
