Boba Chicken
Ordered boba milk tea with no ice no sugar and salty nuggets. Very disappointed with the boba milk tea, no tea or milk flavour, tasted like it’s been watered down.

The food here has been good each time I've ordered BUT, today Sunday, I placed an order for a drink and 2 different food items.It took 25 minutes to receive my order.That's not even a reasonable time to wait for a main dish in a proper restaurant. This is just a snack. There was only one person cooking and one person dealing with the customers. I understand the penalty rates on a Sunday but it's bad for business to have customers waiting for almost half an hour for a drink and a snack and it was barely warm by the time I got it.

Ordered regular Boba Match from the board in the front of store clearly displaying price of $5.80. When I ordered was told $6.20 for regular. When I pointed out the charge was incorrect they said they had changed their prices and wouldn't honour it. ACCC needs to investigate this.

Terrible first experience. Waiting in line for sometime patiently but staff didn't even acknowledge. Had to ask, can I order now or are you still too busy? Then they got my order wrong as well. They did offer if I don't like it, they will make my order then. Can't be bothered waiting for another 15 mins!

Honestly, I can’t fault the food. It’s delicious, I love everything on their menu. I kid you not if I live in gc I’ll probably eat it once a day. The service however is just normal, nothing special but not rude. I wouldn’t recommend their drinks, it’s a hit or miss. But man the chicken is just so good. I hope they have updated their time properly, they sometimes close like 30mins early than time stated. But otherwise their chickens are SO GOOD. 重要的事要說三遍！

The fresh deep fried chicken is nice, not oily. It’s like many deep fried chicken, the staff puts the meat part on the top, so you will find lots of bone in the end. Taste is ok.Not recommend their bobble tea, except you want to save $2. The pearl and taro milk tea was way too hard and sweet.I will buy their deep fried chicken only and go to other bubble tea shop to get my drink.You don’t wanna ruin your lunch when you have a nice food and then drink terrible drink.

Their fried chicken and bubble tea were both very nice. Truly the taste of traditional Taiwanese street food. The fried chicken fillet was huge, we could barely finish it even shared between two of us. They have a variety of bubble tea flavors to choose from but I would still go for boba milk tea as the other one we ordered had artificial taste.

Great taste of chicken and seafoods available from Boba Chicken Taiwanese flavour. They have varieties of bubble teas as well. Staffs are not so friendly. We expect more friendly customer services. Thank you.

Ordered mild spicy fish cake and fish, staff said there is only medium spicy?? Ordered bubble tea quarter sugar, again she said there is no 'quarter' sugar level.... 1 star for the terrible service (menu said there are quarter sugar...maybe she is in the bad mood) 1 star for the fish. Its too oily. Fish cake was fine but too spicy! Not very happy with the service!
