Computer Laptop Mobile Phone Repairs

Hi I am writing my review to let the readers know the ethics, responsiveness and clear view about this shop. I gave them my laptop to fix it at 6PM and the guy working at shop told me they will give me a quote by 8 PM however they did not respond me back i tried to call them next day and they said we gave your laptop to technician outside the shop without my concern which has all my personal data stored. Continuous two days they told me the technician has your laptop. Then I told them please return my laptop as I don't want to get it fixed from your shop anymore. They said we cannot pick it back from him ATM you have to wait until Monday we will get your laptop back and you can collect it. However on Monday the story was different the female on phone started yelling at me by saying stop asking too much about your laptop its still with technician. I felt terrible and threatened because they have my personal data with them in laptop. I asked her the estimate date or time when they are going to return my laptop However she told me i cannot tell you date and time. I asked her if its too hard for you to pickup laptop i will drive and pickup from technician. she became so mad and gave me warning to hang up on me. She said this is Australia its not your country that you can just do whatever you want. My only concern was to get my laptop back from that shop. She became so rude to me and started threating me that she wont answer calls anymore do whatever I want to do. It has been almost 4-5 Days they haven't told me the quotation for my laptop nor they have returned back my laptop until now. Guys please be careful with these kind of businesses who are racist and threatens you. i Checked the rating and thought maybe its a shop to give my laptop to, however I was wrong maybe most of the reviews are fake and done by their own staff if you read my review please think before giving your laptop in those hands which holds all your data. In the end i have to file a complaint in consumer Law.

DO NOT GO HERE - DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP - THEY WILL SCAM YOUI needed my iPhone battery replaced and we agreed on the price. The repair man charged me an extra $110 for a new screen because he said he had to 'break the screen' to access the battery. I paid him the extra because I had no choice, but asked him to provide a warranty. However the new screen did not work properly, and the replacement battery was worse than the original I needed replaced. I am suspicious that he inserted a used battery from an old device, because the 'new' battery only lasted 4 hours.He told me he would order a replacement screen to repair the faulty one he installed. It took 6 weeks of me calling every week, and only when I spoke firmly with the assistant did the replacement screen miraculously arrive the next day. But by this stage I had paid $210 and been essentially phoneless for 2 months, so I asked for a refund according to the warranty he wrote out initially. The technician DENIED ever writing such a document (see photo) even though he had personally written it himself. Once I produced the original, he said that he would need to charge for the cost of the parts before he could issue full refund.If you value your time and money do not go here. This shop lied to me at every stage along the course of a 2 month saga. All I wanted was a simple battery replacement, and now I have a broken phone and have lost $210.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEYI called to ask if my phone will be able to be fix.I got told to get to the shop.The lady on the phone wanted me to pay cash, and I told her that I need a tax invoice for my business.when I got there no one was there and they told me to leave my phone in the hairdresser next to the shop.When my friend picked up my phone the men in the shop locked high and told my friend to pay $170 and didn't give her a tax invoice.After my friend called the number to get the invoice the lady started to scream at her and blame her for the wrong paid price that the men in the shop told her to pay.I send the women a text and said to her that I'm happy to pay her extra $50 if she will send the tax invoice, which she agreed on.After I transfer the money, she didn't send me the tax invoice after numerous times asking her for it.WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. dodgy unprofessional and rude business & customer service.

I got my laptop repaired here. They said it would be ready by Sunday as I needed it for work on Monday, two weeks later it was ready.. Once I finally got it home, I noticed it wasn't closing, it was not put back together properly. I took it in and asked them to fix it and the man basically said no, call this number. They of course did not answer after multiple times.Don't even bother going in, 2 out of 3 times they weren't even in the store when I arrived during normal work hours and I had to wait in the Cafe next door.Bad service, bad quality. Waste of time and money.

This shop provided excellent customer service and communication. They were able to resolve our connectivity issues and did not even charge us even though they had spent time testing the various devices and cables.

Do not recommend at all! This person is a Crook! I paid for what was supposed to be the paid version of Windows 10 and he installed the free version, and took my $350. Every time I turn the computer on it advises me that my software is due to expire and asks for a product key which I was not given. I have been to another Computer Technician and it was confirmed it is the free version installed. He will not return my calls or texts as he is guilty. And he only accepts cash and does not give receipts. Save your money and go to a proper well know business. And the one star rating is only cause I can't post unless I add star rating.

Worst place - very unprofessional. Took my phone in for a screen repair, proceeded to tell me 124124 things that was wrong with my phone. The costs instantly went up. I have Find my location" on my iPhone turned on

Got my laptop screen repaired in reasonable time. However would have liked to have heard back quicker regarding a quote whilst they were inspecting it.

GREAT SUCCESS!This place is my local laptop repair shop, it was also the first shop I rang to consult my laptop issue with and was greeted pleasantly by a man on the phone, who spoke clearly and kindly and assured me there is no charge if I do not want to proceed with fixing the issues they check/uncover.I dropped my Laptop off to Computer Laptop & Mobile Repairs, to a man called Laki, who confidently quoted me a great price an assured me he will do the best job in the best time frame.We had some initial communication difficulties, they were promptly resolved.In regards to that I suggest if you are a customer, to always write down exactly what you need looked at, have noticed or specifically need fixed.So there is a record of what you expect to be repaired for yourself and the repairman.Laki does keep a copy of what is said in the consultation written down so he has a copy to check by, sometimes things can get misheard so its important for both parties to have a copy of exactly what needs repairing.My laptop came with a 6 month warranty after the repair and I am very satisfied with my Laptop.Don't judge a book by its cover, the shop itself could do with better presentation inside and out but the service and professionalism is still high quality and I will be going back to this place for future repair work.I recommend you give these guys a go!They really looked after me and had understanding for my urgency in needing the repair done.Great Job Computer Laptop & Mobile Repairs!
