Alex has been an amazing property manager right from the start. She was so accommodating and able to find a suitable place for my partner, cat, and dog. Throughout the lease, she communicated well and promptly responded to any concerns we had. Unfortunately, we have moved out of the area, but if we ever move back, we will of course go through Elite PM again. Thanks again Alex, Kate and the team.

Elite Property Management lives up to its name. I have been on both sides of the rental property market as both the landlord and tenant.As a landlord, who didn’t live in the area, I knew my property was in great hands with Kate. From the very first open house and all throughout our 2 year tenancy, Romni was an extremely attentive, professional Property Manager. It’s not common to experience someone who not only has such a high level of professionalism but is also able to combine that with a huge amount of personalisation and genuine care but this is exactly how Romni works.In our experience, she is extremely action orientated, a great communicator and very attentive when it comes to managing properties. She always responded to emails and calls in a timely manner and within the timeframe expectations that were set which was incredibly refreshing in the rental agency department. Romni has managed to perfectly balance looking after both the tenant and landlord best interests which was very much appreciated by us as tenants and respect by us as landlords for properties in other states.
