Took many days longer than estimated to complete my repairs. Terrible communication and overall very unprofessional in all dealings. It took 10 weeks and me raising a formal complaint regarding my repairs to consumer protection to get an issue remedied.I can't express any more clearly how disappointed I've been with every aspect of my experience with Forrestfield Automotive since the new management has taken over in 2022.

I have had my Toyota Yaris ( 2007) serviced twice at Forrestfield Mechanical.I am happy with both the Car & Customer Service.. My car was ready to be picked up before midday as I requested.I appreciated their offer to drop me back home & pick me up again when the car was ready.I will definitely be taking my car to Forrestfield Mechanical for the next service.
