Still haven't heard back regarding my concerns and complaint about the messy incisions made to my bumper to install the official Hyundai nudge bar. I wasn't made aware of incisions made prior nor I was told I'd lose around 15% of my front camera view. 2.3.23. UPDATE- we are now in progress of repairing the look of the incisions at their preferred repair shop, have revised rating, and will possibly revise again when job is complete. 7.3.23

Did my first complimentary service. It was fantastic! Thank you for the welcoming customer service to you guys bring to a newbie like myself. Very quick and easy, I was able to drop my car off and be notified on e it was done.I was originally booked for the following week, but due to work commitments I asked to get it done in the next couple days, which they were able to change it in the matter of minutes.Thank you team for helping me out as a first timer! 110% recommend!!!

I have done 2 annual services with Phil Gilbert, and highly likely will book third when the time comes. Jason, a service adviser, was helping me with the paperwork both times. He was very professional and friendly, and spent extra time to go over the vehicle report to answer my questions.It would also be nice to have the car washed and vacuumed as part of the service. Unfortunately this option was discontinued. Otherwise I am happy with the service.

Our car phone has been having issues consistently, and every time we mention it to your employees during car service, they say there's no problem. They have not been able to help us resolve the issue. Sometimes, when we are driving, the car phone stops working, and it greatly affects our business.

Good service, very professional. Good staff, very accommodating and providing you with timely updates on your vehicle service. Reception area, clean, spacious with ample seats to wait, have kiosk desk to have your laptop (with power outlets and usb ports). Free wifi is available. Toilet for he/she is available. Coffee is free (capsuled coffee machine). TV to keep you entertained during your wait. The only downside is that they don't have a service bus to take you to the closest public transport. But if you need to go to the closest shopping mall, Lidcombe Shopping Mall is 7 minutes walk away.

Overall ok sales experience. Prompt and courteous. No weirdness in the car buying experience. Right now the ball is in the dealers court due to inventory shortages so you can’t really bargain. Also due to the inventory shortage I had to wait about 6 or 7 weeks to get the Kluger. They did keep me briefed along the way however so although it was a bit frustrating to wait I just had to be patient. The big negative for me is that Toyota only gives you one key fob and not two due to the chip shortage. The Dealership only informed me at pickup after I had paid which was not a good experience. The Dealership told me it was a Toyota corporate policy and Toyota would take care of expense if key was lost including paying for rental car, towing, new key etc. They could not tell me when I would get the second key. Unfortunately I feel this one event was a massive disconnect in the car buying experience - this is my fourth Toyota in 22 years and Toyota disappointed me. I hope they get me my second key ASAP as there are two drivers at home and I feel a bit odd to not be able to drive my Kluger indefinitely if my fob gets lost or damaged

Well, you have lost a customer!I’ve been service my Kia cerato with Phil Gilbert Lidcombe for the last 5 years. Always happy until the last service.I’ve been put pressure to take a decision asap to fix the car or not (which is not great but ok), the fixing price was pretty high (which again not great but ok), I’ve been asked to pick up the car the following day and not offered a care replacement (again not great but ok), I received the payment link the day after for an extra $400 than what agreed (which they have fixed once I questioned it)… and the coins I had in the car have disappeared (that is really bad!)Please have a chat with your mechanics and teach them the first unbreakable rule. Do not steal from someones car ! Not acceptable
