Only one handicapped spot at One Care Family Doctors... and your van which didn't have a handicapped person driving nor an disabled parking permit that I could see is parked in it Inspite of the fact that a couple of MTRS further there were plenty of bays for him to park in... Very inconsiderate..I have a picture that I will consider passing onto authorities

The 2 gentlemen at mobility rentals and sales were amazing they assisted me with every question and ensured that I got the right aid for me - then when I needed a spare part ( 2 years later) they got it in in a manner of hours. I'm delighted to recommend these guys to everyone and will always return for more business.

Trent was amazing, incredibly helpful and informative when he was setting up the bed. Even put up with my crazy dogs! He was equally as nice when he came to collect the bed. He is a true asset to the company. Mark on the other hand was rude when he called to tell me they were coming to get the bed (I needed it longer than I had originally thought). When I said I had called and left a message and also emailed a few days ago that I needed it longer - as I had been instructed to do - he was rude and dismissive. The bed itself was ok - an old style hospital bed.

Went to the shop today with intention to hire a self propelled wheelchair for my wife that has a broken ankle. The team were very helpful, extremely polite and provided the correct solution. Coming from a senior corporate background I found the customer focus and attitude to be best in class. The gentleman handling my transaction went through the operational & safety matters including how to lift in a safe manner. Highly recommend this business

Mark and Dean went out of their way to provide exceptional same-day equipment service when a family member’s health took a sudden downturn. I cannot recommend this Team enough for their professionalism and compassion.

It be no starts if it could be. had to call twice to try and sort out a email for a quote on a shower chair the 1st guy Adam who i thought i was being respectful too I asked about delivery cost on top of the item and he said i had to email all detail to them i'm like cool thanks and hung up didn't think much about it at all after that i call the funds manager to confirm. 2nd call I made different person i ask if i could get that quote sent to the funds manager apparently Adam thought I was rude and complain to his fellow worker who took my 2nd call, I don't see how i was rude in the 1st call but i won't have This Adam guy making up stories about me being rude just to get out off work i guess so yes on the 2nd call I was a bit abrupt but it shouldn't of happened in the 1st place so much for being NDIS friendly won't be doing business with them ever

You would imagine people working in an industry with disabled clients would have some sort of self awareness or basic manners. Not this place. Over the past year, I've called for product assistance twice and was met both times with Dean's minimalistic and abrupt responses. It left a bad impression of what you wouldn't want loved ones to go through...Twice!!!P.s try taking responsibility when you get poor reviews for poor service, rather then carrying on about how customers must've mixed up businesses. We're not mistaken when we contact your business directly, when we seek service and when we share the experience we had. You might not want to accept it but that is the point of reviews.

If their service is anything like their driving I'd watch out. Almost run off the road by one of their drivers today and he followed it up with a nice hand gesture to both me and my grandma in the passenger seat. Probably not the best look when you're driving a branded company van.
