Beautiful house in a great location!! Very clean and spacious with all necessary amenities..Loved the open plan living and outdoor space!!Few minutes drive to beaches and Great Ocean Road attractions. Enjoyed the stay.. Highly recommend!

Most relaxing, perfect place for a calm holiday. Well maintained ,clean five star accommodation. Fresh inside. Location is short drive to great ocean views and beach. Public pool and special Timboon icecreamery next to the house is best for kids. We had lot of fun, will go again and recommend to our friends..

Timboon villa is beautifully furnished , has all necessary amenities and ideal for a group of families to spend the weekend or holidays.Villa has plenty of luxury and choice to offer that both adults and children would enjoy - whether inside or outside.Walking trail, BBQ, scenic landscape, plenty of place for children to play and more...Timboon villa is close to a lot of tourist attractions around Great Ocean Road.Timboon Icecreamery, distillery are local attractions that you would not want to miss.I highly recommend staying at Timboon villa as it is an experience you'll never forget.

Great property for a vacation getaway. The whole villa and surroundings were neat and clean. Also, the game room with pool table, table tennis etc was really awesome.

An experience to be experienced…Timboon Villa presented us with all its elegance ……..a charming, welcoming , audacious , luxurious, spacious, well equipped moreover a relaxing holiday accommodation for our recent stay.Accommodation locates in an acreages of picturesque land that’s often attracts Kangaroos Koalas and much more as an additional entertainment for families with children. Few minutes drive to Great Oceans Road attractions and beaches.Timboon Ice Cream factory located in close proximity definitely satisfy children sweet taste buds. Close by community heated swimming pool will be yet another addition to aquatic relaxation. If you intend to stay during winter of course camp fire place will warm you up. Over all an amazing experience we craved for. We will highly recommend to anyone to spend well deserved holiday at Timboon Villa.We will come back to experience Timboon Villa again.

I had a wonderful experience at Timboon villa. We spent 3 nights in there and the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and specious. Lots of space for kids to play both indoor and outdoor. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings. Best place to spend holiday with kids. We will definitely come back.
