No safety switch provided to our kitchen power points . ok mistakes do happen but just shows that no testing has been carried out... And cirtifcates have been issued... Tick tick tick . lucky we didnt work it out by a death. General poor workmanship.

Saw a van belonging to this company tailgate another vehicle at high speed on Hume Freeway this morning btween 6:15 and 6:30 while continuously honking and flashing his headlights. He then proceeded to change lanes, drive alongside said vehicle and show the driver his middle finger after which he overtook him dangerously. His actions put three other vehicles including mine at risk. If this is the type of people this company recruits, then I would seriously reconsider taking my business elsewhere.

Fully incompetent. Used by our builders and ruined a very expensive thermolaminate island by trying to pry open panels to install powerpoints. The planning team have no idea what they are doing and the actual contractors that come out are useless. They had 3 guys come out to install a single powerpoint that was missed on the plan and still managed to ruin cabinetry while doing that small task. Muppets.

I can not thank the crew at L&O enough. We were one of the effected and forgotten about porter Davis clients. The team at L&O were my knights in shining armour. They, so far, been one of the only trades that have made me feel like they actually understood my position and had a bit of empathy with me with Porter Davis downfall. Within a week 5 a half, I had all remaining work quoted and now completed. I can't thank Jana and her team enough, also a huge thanks to the electrician, Nathan, that I met on-site.

Unfortunately we had LO technology as our appointed electrical contractor with our builder and we had some extra light fitting done directly with them seven years ago. Until Little did we know, one day we used a power switch that's never been used realised it's faulty as without turning it on there is power not only that we had our external wall lamp kept on tripping. After having multiple A grade electrician to assess the light fitting it is realised the internal power switch has been shattered and external wall lamp has water damaged due to the light fitting has no sill and water has been going through. It is common sense that external wall lamp are often can handle water splashes. After making several attempts with their office they denied it is their responsibility as to their knowledge after 12 months it is no longer their responsibility. Recently have escalated the case to VCAT provided reports from A grade electricians it is unfortunate to learnt this hard lesson that generally you can only dispute the claim within 6 years if there is no building contract in place and 10 years if it's through the Builder building contract. These contractors cannot be trusted to do and always do regular checks on the electrical installation don't be so trusting like we did. Will never use their service ever again...Don't be afraid to take further action

Our builder used them for all our electrical work and we are so disappointed about their work. They have ruined the house. Lot of the switches are off centred and not located properly as per the plans. It has impacted the towel rails and everything else due to switches and power points installed in wrong locations. Builders must be using them for cheap prices, but their dodgy an ugly work is unacceptable. Avoid them if you have a choice.

The call representative, Shania Orgrill didn't want to help and tried to get rid of me as soon as possible. 1 week later, I called back for an update and got the same experience. I could sense her trying to close the conversation right away without giving me any kind of resolution.Ultimately she hanged up on me whilst I was still speaking.Here's some customer service tips. If you're truly busy or unable to take the call for whatever reason, perhaps you can arrange a call back when you actually have time to listen, take your time to really use you intellect and try to help the problem, guide and give an eta on when the next step will be completed. Otherwise, get out of the customer facing role if don't want to genuinely help people.

I recently had Pendant Lights, Downlights and some Ceiling Fans installed by L&O, and they did a clean and neat job. Really happy with the service they have provided both onsite and their communication, I would happily use their services again.

3-year on update:We found out through an electrician we hired that L&O did not install the wiring to our specification. We specifically requested they add dedicated circuits to the home theatre. What we recently found they are not dedicated at all and is actually shared with the rest of the house, which is why we were getting so much noise and it has caused damage to our $20k high-end speakers. We paid over $2k for this extra wiring and when we asked L&O why they didn't comply with specifications they didn't respond. Really upset about this!***L&O Technologies were really friendly to start with, but that changed once they had our money.They installed a dimmer in our home theatre with 6 LED downlights, the dimmer was not designed to dim LED lights and flickered whenever it was on. Contacted L&O to replace dimmer but would not respond to calls or emails, they only came after I threatened to go to Consumer Affairs Vic.During their visit, they could not repair or replace our dimmer because they didn't have adequate parts or equipment to do the job. And it's even worse now, turning on/off the dimmer would trip the entire circuit breaker. It's been five days since their visit and I still have no idea when they would be back, all my attempts to contact them are still being ignored.Refusal to honour warranty, ignore customers after payment, do not waste time with these guys!EDIT: OK after many attempts, they finally repaired most" of our faulty items. Still wouldn't deal with again!"

Our builder use these guys and they're genuinely pretty unhelpful. We had a problem with a dimmer switch which they simply said That's the way it is" and offered no solution.We were also given a 40A mains switch for a large two story house which every other electrician and heating/cooling expert has stated is completely insufficient.When I asked to book an appointment to upgrade (at my cost) they've shrugged me off and offered no assistance or support."
