Aspire Body Corporate Management
No transparency.Withholding information.Difficulty to resolve small request.Do not give access to information even if you are the treasurer or a part of the committee.Give personal opinions and suggestions that are irrelevant to problems that need to be brought to attention.Do not educate committee or Bodycorporate on their responsibilities and their rights.The couple that work there will make the owners trays experience a real nightmare.

Thank for your feedback,Putting the blame on Body Corporate members does not help this is your responsibility to bring clarity and justice within a Body Corporate not the reverse.- The ONSITE Body Corporate members were very friendly and also confused about what you are providing.- Your service contractor did not implement the BBCM Act properly neither the BY LAWS and also the code of conduct.- Along with that there is no well being consideration for families and onsite resident.- Overall Lack of Moral and Ethical practice especially when conducting meetings.
