Had a very bad experience! George the team leader stormed at us screaming without finding out what happened first. He's so out of line. And nope! Its not only about safety but humiliating. And Michelle, at first I thought she's nice , it turns out that she wasnt. She is really really good in words. She's so good in twisting the story and yep! Finding a positive side of it in her own benefit. Been going to bevmarks but it will stop us this time. Willl convince all of the family member and circle of friends to do thesame. An apology to my daughter is all I'm after but they never takes it seriously. Have send them all the necessary quiries regarding this matter and no one ever contacts us. A regrettable and most stressfull puchase experience so far

There are too many nice things to list about the Bevarks team at Nunawading! From the moment I randomly walked in after deciding to look for a new bed and mattress. I was approached by George who was so helpful, patient and friendly. George explained how they are made and how they work and asked me what I was looking for and showed me plenty of options. I was in there for a quite a while and he gave me space and time to think about it too. Even better they had a 50% off sale on mattresses. It has been a long process from June to February but that was on my behalf! I chose a mattress but none of the bedframes were to my taste so I put a deposit on the mattress to secure the 50% off and they told me I could look around for as long as I needed to find the right bed. I had popped into their store in Chirnside where I saw Wayne and he helped me look at their bedframes. Again, none to my taste but I found one elsewhere. I put the order through in January for my mattress and it came before the end of February (very impressed with it being Aussie made). I went in store to pick up my mattress protector and saw George and Wayne again who were as friendly as ever. Every time I have called the store or popped in all of the guys have been so friendly and helpful. I will definitely return again if I need a mattress in the future! Thank you George and team!

I bought a couple of beds a few days ago and was very impressed with the service I received. Wayne, which was one of the sale assistants there was an absolute gentleman. He was very attentive and knew exactly was I was looking for. His level of professionalism was a real breath of fresh air. This Was the fourth bed I have bought there and I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for furniture. Don’t forget to ask for Wayne….

Wow, amazing service by Wayne. I can see there's a lot of good views here about him and I can see why. He is VERY GOOD at his job and very knowledgeable. He is definitely a good salesman as well. I am always worried that I will be pushed to do a purchase that I do not want to do but Wayne gave my partner and I time to discuss and was amazing at helping us come to a decision on what bed would suit both our needs. Thank you once again.

Went into the store fully prepared to lay down cash for a new mattress but had to walk out because of the obnoxious and pushy sales reps. Gets 1 star for range instore and for having the brands I'm interested in, loses 4 stars due to staff.

Hands down the best service we’ve experienced!!! Wayne is such a great customer service representative and helped us not only finding the right bed and pillows, but he helped alleviate multiple sleeping behavioural issues that were causing health issues. We cannot recommend this team enough!!! Thanks Wayne and the Bevmarks team!

Like others, I was serviced by Wayne. Great service advice and sales, I had done a bit of my own research, had also visited other local bedding outlets and I was actually dreading walking into another one, but it was a really pleasant experience. I will review the actual mattress i purchased later, but for initial shopping, sales and advice it was top notch. Thanks Wayne.
