Our Real Santa Experience

Absolutely blown away by the experience! My kids had such a great time sitting with Santa and Mrs Claus chatting all things North Pole and Christmas! From when you walk in the door the experience starts with the sounds and smells of Christmas. The staff are super fun and professional and work to ensure the kids have an amazing time. Loved it! Will be back for 2022!

So so disappointed, we haven’t even got the the Santa experience yet and the lack of professionalism is astounding. This is an almost 4 hour round trip for us, I planned this day for my daughter months in advance and I get a text message saying I need to change my day because they have no other bookings that day and they’re not just coming in for us. Wow. I tried to call back to arrange a another time, there was no answer. (Friday) So then on Monday morning at 730am I receive a text message threatening to cancel my booking. As the Business suggest this is a Santa experience and not a cheap one. To have this experience before we’ve even gotten there is completely disappointing. I will attach the texts I received.Had I received something along the lines ofHi Liss, we dont have any other bookings for that day and will he running at a loss for that day for one session, would you be open to changing days and we can fit you in whenever works better for you? Otherwise of course we will keep your booking as is, as this was our bad.I would have felt much better about rearranging a special day I had planned for my daughter months in advance.

OMG Angie!! I thought last year was amazing, well you have truly exceeded all expectation this year. You have once again made this adult child believe in Santa and Mrs Claus. You have also restored the faith in my little girl once again and brought a true genuine smile to her face and a sparkle in her eye when she thinks about Christmas.For anyone who is sick of the shopping Centre Santa’s, the whole experience that Angie provides for not only your child but you also, cannot be described. It has to be seen to be believed.

So happy the kids could actually sit with Santa this year. I love the little Santa's cottage. Helps get rid of outside distractions. They were running 25mins behind but they were doing well to try and make up lost time and get everyone in and out efficiently.We Will be returning next year.

This was fantastic!It's our little fella's first Christmas and we'll definitely be making this an annual tradition.

Once again, Angie delivers an amazing family photo experience! We have been coming to Angie to document our family milestones for over 5 years and this experience is hands down the best there is out there! The new studio is incredible - easy to access, beautifully appointed, welcoming and with all the bells and whistles! I actually felt like I was transported to the North Pole and the kids were beside themselves with excitement when they turned the corner to see Santa and Mrs Claus right there! Angie captured incredible candid photos of the kids interacting with Santa that totally outshine the posed shopping centre Christmas photos. This is truly an outstanding experience that you should not hesitate to book year after year. We will be back!!

Our family LOVED the Real Santa Experience. It REALLY is the REAL Santa! The girls were the epitome of professional throughout the whole process and the whole set-up was super cool. My 4-year-old was in awe walking into the room and seeing Santa and Mrs Clause. Well done to Ange and the girls. Just love that we now have another option to those boring shopping centre Santa photos.
