The storage shed was very clean and well kept, there were always plenty of trolleys available and the staff (especially Samantha) were incredibly polite and helpful. The price was also very reasonable, and it's in a very accessible location. Definitely would store there again!

Most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. I had accidentally booked 2 units instead of 1 and they cancelled the mistake without hesitation and made sure the one we kept was one that was more convenient in terms of distance to travel from car to unit.Sandra and Samantha have made moving into this location such a breeze that my wife and I have never been happier about a division like this before!

Good location & facilities. Very Helpful Staff. Outside loading area needs a large Shade Sail or similar, for wet weather.

The site is very well designed, with easy access in and super secure. They had heaps of trolleys and an elevator which made moving our things in really easy. They provide codes and alarms which sound if someone is accessing your unit without having entered your code at the front door, which is really comforting.

We've been using Kennards Self Storage in Thomastown for around 6months and could not fault the facility at all. The facility is well maintained, highly secure and the staff have gone above and beyond to help whenever required. We could not recommend this facility more. A big thank you to your wonderful team!

First class service from Kailiam,Samantha,Sandra and the rest of the crew at this facility. I found that access to the units within this new complex to be extremely easy with plenty of parking spaces.The complex has been well designed and the opening discount prices were a real bonus.
