I was sold a brand new property and now have 70k worth of defects getting fixed by QBCC as the developer has gone MIA. It’s happened to many of us within my small 16 place townhouse complex. I have no trust in Irma after I have found out her and the developer are now related and there is absolutely no care in the matter. She just keeps referring to how much money I have made off my house when in fact I haven’t made any as my house wasn’t an investment properly! Not happy at all
