I highly recommend King It for all your technical difficulties. Both Dan and Ebony are highly skilled in what they do, how they go about it and everything I have asked them to do has been no trouble whatsoever and completed time. They are two of the nicest people to deal with. My advice? Go to King It you won't be disappointed.

I recently took my laptop to the Bundaberg Store and had nothing but excellent customer service from all of the staff at various times. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Dan is the man! He went above and beyond with excellent outcomes. Highly recommend the Bundaberg team.

I went into this store and asked for staff reccomendation on a lifeproof/waterproof case for my S8+ after recently having my screen replaced. I was sold a $70 case but also advised my phone is 'getting old and I should get a new one.' Although i appreciate the honesty, it's barely 4yrs old and we don't all have the luxury to get a new phone on the off chance it's getting old. Especially when it's currently in perfect working condition. When I first went to charge my phone that evening the waterproof cap for charging port snapped off. 5 days later my phone was cracked. Not once had I taken this phone out of its case nor had I dropped it. I went back into the store as this is quite frustrating after not only getting this expensive case to protect it but also previously spending $300 to replace the screen. I was met in store by Hayden who explained it seemed a possibility the case was too tight which may have caused the screen to crack. Before long a lady came out to explain this is not possible and I must have damaged it myself and reiterating again 'the phones old you should get new one'. 2 days after speaking with staff the lock button attached to this case is now pushed in and the case has to be removed to lock my phone. I will not be returning to this store and not reccomending to anyone.

Took my iPhone to King IT regarding a cellular issue they charged the $99 inspection fee and kept it for 2 days, I called asking if I could pick it up they said I could but when I got there they told me to come back in an hour because it wasn't put together, when I received it back they told me they replaced the screen instead of looking at the cellular issue which lead to it not be a genuine apple part which means apple can't repair it

Fabulous crew at King IT Bundaberg! I'm from Gladstone and they were able to sell me a new phone with virus removal and get me set up with an Antivirus! I feel safe to do my banking on my phone... they even got it done before 3pm because I had to drive back home!

I had a terrible experience with telstra and a smashed screen and I came here looking for some help as telstra wasnt interested.. ebony helped me to transfer all my stuff over to another device so I didn't lose anything and she did it purely out of kindness. She also helped me to find the best case for my phone when I returned with it repaired. 10/10 for customer service she really cared and wanted to help im very grateful for her service!

Absolutely amazing service from the team! Ebony really explained to me what a virus is and was able to calm me down after I had been hacked! I will always return to this store. Thanks Ebony

Went in today hoping I could get a decent quote to fix the glass on the back camera of my Iphone 13 pro max, they told me it would be $308 for a piece of glass smaller than my fingertip. My step dad recommended mob-i-phone and their quote was $88. In my opinion King IT is definitely robbing your bank account and from these reviews and my experience I would recommend not going here if you want a realistic reasonable price. The staff were friendly enough but that price is ridiculous.

Wanted to quote $200 for an iPhone 8 battery replacement. Went elsewhere in Bundy and got it for $99. They told me the battery was dying because my son has “too many apps open” however Spotify and messages don’t chew through power and don’t quite explain the phone going flat at 90%. It is clear they do not want to service the phone, but will do it for an exorbitant price. I have had good experiences with them before, however I this incident has turned me off somewhat. I hope I have a better experience with these blokes in the future, it’s quite sad to see.

Worst experience from an it service company I have ever experienced. Took phone for a cracked glass to be replaced. Paid $99 up front for diagnosis. Was told this was free and would come off the cost of the repair. The girl obviously did nothing after 1.5 hours and tried to force feed me extras I did not want. I just wanted the glass replaced. After repeated cajoling I finally was quoted 549 to do the job. No refund for my pre by g 4. Avoid at all costs
