Trailer Stonestar

I have had a very bad experience with this company. The trailer is a Chinese import which I was aware of but I was told that the axles and suspensions were Australian specification. When I needed spare parts I found out that axles and suspensions were overseas models and that parts are not available in the country. When I asked to be supplied the exact model information so I could track down spare parts Stone Star wiped their hands of me and stop answering my phone calls. I am now looking at having to change over the axles and suspensions to Australian spec at a great cost to myself. Whatever you do, do not buy Stone Star, you might think you are getting a good deal but it is not worth the heart ache and pain of not being able to get spare parts and it will cost you in the long term when you need to change out the whole suspension and axles! This company has no care for its customers! Stay away at all costs!

Great company to deal with i bought a quad axel low-loader had a few problems with it took it back a they fixed it straight away more than happy with the results highly recommend them to anyone

They sold me a brand new side tipper and when I went to pick it up tested and found out it lifted from one side nearly rolling over, when I advised that this is unsafe and want my money back they advised me bad luck you bought it and you have to take it .. I have photos of it lifting high from one side and the cheap welding that is done on it and the over spray paint everywhere .. I found out later that it was made overseas brought to Australia by ship and put together in Australia in fact everything they sell is made overseas and put together here .. eventually they took it back at a loss to me of $20,000 .. the company manager John and assistant and Sam the salesman just didn’t care at all..

Very low quality materiel they are use I buy brand new broke everywhere in 6 months do not spend your money on this shitt ..?
