Lia was our property manager for almost 3 years and her service was exemplary. She is so knowledgeable, attentive and was always available when needed. I cannot fault anything relating to the management of our property in 3 years. Jaimie also went out of his way to facilitate the sale of the property and we will forever be grateful for his assistance (another agent approached us and Jaimie had zero obligation to help us but did anyway). Lia and Jaimie have been so good to us and if we ever invest in the area again we will be going straight back to them!

Jamie and the team at Robina Village went above and beyond to help us purchase our first property. Absolutely fantastic! Jamie made the whole process of purchasing our home easy and was more than happy to explain everything to us. Jaimie asked repeatedly what's my budget. He said I must offer more than the offers he already received from the other costumers if I want to inspect the house. Otherwise he won't show me the property 1/15 Cabbot Court Merrimac. I have never ever seen this behaviour from any agents before. This is not right. If I ask to inspect a house I already know my budget and the property's value and select the property for inspection accordingly. What does these forces or questions mean?! Very unprofessional.
