Warren is an absolute legend!!! Not only did he get back to me on a weekend evening, he was easy to communicate with and gave me very helpful advice. He didn't try to upsell either which I really appreciated, as I know many tech repair companies try to. Warren completed the upgrade in one day and even dropped my laptop to me on the way home the following night. I couldn't have asked for better! My MacBook is faster than ever and has a new lease on life + the upgrade was very reasonably priced. Thank you Warren, you are top notch.

This was honestly the best retail transaction I've had in a long time, maybe ever! So incredibly helpful with my many questions, which was made even more convenient by using FB Messenger rather than a separate live chat plugin. Was able to pick the monitor up in person to save on shipping. Brought my laptop with me to test it out before taking the monitor home. Loving my new set-up - monitor is working perfectly and as described. I would strongly recommend Mac City to anyone! Five stars!

Warren was great from the start, friendly and professional. Also the level of service was 10/10 as he offered to come to my office that evening and helped solve the problem. I purchased an A grade 27” Thunderbolt Cinema Display Monitor to use with my 2017 MacBook Pro. Communication was great right from the first enquiry to the display being delivered. It’s a refurbished unit but looks a works like brand new. The cords are in perfect condition and it arrived in great solid packaging. Totally recommend Warren and his professional service at Mac City Austrlia. I will purchase from him again.

He sells the best Macs available and advises his clients on the ones best suited to their needs and budgets. All glitches when migrating data from one Mac to another are expertly resolved by phone. I bought a used MacBook Pro charger from Warren and the whole experience was great! From the first message, his response was prompt, professional and he even managed a pick-up time for that same day! The charger works perfectly and looks almost brand new.
