Barbeques Galore

We stood in the store for well over half an hour. Wanted to buy a Treager smoker. No one talked to us to and the guy on the phone wouldn't even acknowledge us.

We got there in the end, but it would have been a much better experience if, the initial sales person Grant was upfront about the product not being in store before we had paid and secondly, was honest about the delivery time which he said was a week, but stretched out to being nearly four which was disappointing.But to be fair, I installed the wood burner the day I picked it up, and it's been brilliant. The Australian heating products in store are top quality and built very well, so in that respect, all's well that ends well.

Had what I was after. Reasonable price and friendly helpful staff. Will return there again. Highly recommended.

You would think in this day and age, a company of this size could at least afford an answering service to tell customers if they are going to open on a public holiday. we have tried for over an hour to call to find out if we could buy a new BBQ. Your loss chaps were going elsewhere.

I bought my husband a ziggy online for Christmas I made enquiries about if I needed anything else, when we opened it Christmas morning gas bottle connection didn't fit luckily friends had a connection that did fit. Store Manager at Dubbo was fantastic helped us out with what we needed.Thank you

So I rang and rang for 2 days straight- No answer. Left messages, no one returned my call. Tried a week or so later, I was looking for bbq part, finally got someone, there was nothing like , welcome to bbq galore this is so and so, I had to ask is this bbq galore? So after ordering my part, 2 weeks later I rang again to see how they went, was told not sure, haven't heard back from supplier. Ok fair enough, but at least ring me and let me know! So now it's been another 2 weeks, still haven't heard anything from them and I won't be ringing them to say 3 weeks ago I rang another bbq galore and not only they had the part I was after, they understood my frustration and posted to me interstate for free!! Dubbo store is useless. It's like dealing with 15yo kids or something. I spend thousands on bbqs, but I'll seriously never shop at bbq galore Dubbo ever.

Went in there to buy a webber Q but after I got talking with the owner (Grant), I left there with a wood pellet smoker! This guy was so genuine and I didn't feel pressured or anything, he was just geeking out on what is obviously a hobby of his. He really knew his stuff, no salesman BS- just explained things really well. I cannot reccommend this place highly enough! Shop had a decent range too, but nothing beats good old fashioned customer service! Have used the smoker a number of times and its phenomenal!

Massive thanks to Grant and his team at Barbeques Galore Dubbo. I needed a new heater and Grant could not possibly be more helpful. Great product knowledge, great service and the heater does exactly what I was told it would do. Will be back for a Barbeque soon.

My son recently purchased a heater for a rental property from Grant and his team and so I decided to update the Barbecue as well. It was great to receive the high level of service you come to expect from an owner operated business. Highly Recommended.

Do yourself a favour and don't buy from here. My sister purchased a $1200 bbq, she only received half of it and has been waiting 6 months for the other half. Hopeless customer service, they don't get back to you and when you finally get onto them, they're rude.
