The staff are very friendly.. Good doctors . Not too long of a wait unless you need nurse .. can book online or ring . Good location. There's parking around because of other shops

DMC is a great medical centre. All of the doctors are helpful but I would like to give a special shout out to Dr. Jalal, Dr. Wang, Dr. Al-Kaisey and Dr. Batool who take good care of me and my family's health and well-being. The people at the reception also deserve commendation. It is quite impressive that they know the names of the patients and always paint a smile into their faces despite the weariness of a long day of work. Hats off to you guys!

If I could give this “ medical practice” no stars I would. If you value your health please do not go here. Your health and wellness is to important. They don’t care, they rush you in and out and they are incompetent.

Absolutely amazing. I have been to see 12 other GP's, all dismissed my issues. After coming in to see Dr Rotziokos I have finally been referred to a specialist and have a GP who actually listens. Couldn't recommend this Medical Centre enough!

Ive never left a review for a medical clinic before but the team at this clinic, the doctors and especially the receptionists have repeatedly outdone my expectations, quite a few times now. Excellent clinic. Absolutely they all deserve the 5 stars.

We booked our 6 week postpartum check and daughter's 6 week vaccinations here. They were over an hour behind, had no change table in the bathroom (we had to change our daughter in the waiting room), the nurse who gave the shots gave misinformation about medication and vaccinations, cancelled my doctors appointment because people get confused about that all the time"

Terrible experience with a doctor here. I recently moved back from working and living overseas. I came to the doctors with all previous prescriptions and letters from a top hospital stating the medications I required for certain issues. The doctor was very short and dismissive with my appointment was not interested in any of the letters I brought with me. His answer to me was “find another doctor”. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional.Doctor on the website describing certain areas of specialising in, I find this very hard to believe. He gave me a few minutes of his time in the appointment and that was it.Definitely wont be going back to this place again with my family.

A medical centre that promotes its paediatric health services really needs a change table on premises, especially if longer than average wait times are expected.I sympathise that wait times are often hard to predict, but as we had to wait for an hour, we had to resort to changing our daughter in the waiting room. It was that or the floor in the toilet. Not ideal for us, not pleasant for the other people waiting for their appointment.I also have concerns about the appointment itself. The nurse didnt steralise the injection sites on my daughters legs prior to performing the injections. She also didnt use gloves - something we only realised when she excused herself as she got blood on her fingers. I'm not sure on current regulations, but I don't believe there should ever be a point where blood should come into contact with a medical practitions hands. Also given all my recent injections have been steralised and with gloves, I would assume if nothing else it would be considered best practise - especially when dealing with a newborn. We were booked in for a 6 week postnatal check and injections, but upon recieving the injections - were told we could go as 'seeing the doctor wasnt required' and it was implied we had confused the appointment. We were asked to get my Wife's blood taken and sent off for testing prior to this 6 week appointment, which we did. A bit of research online indicated that the six week appointment should have also involved a checkup on my wife / the results of said blood test.We also realised on the drive home that we wernt asked to wait to ensure there was no alergic reactions to injections. This again, has been mandetory in all my recent injections. I understand 6 week injections are considered low risk, but again, I would consider this best practise if nothing else.We will not be returning to this practise. Although I generally like to avoid leaving negative reviews, I feel there are definetely some areas where improvement is required - especially when promoting your Paediatric Health services to the community.
