Shane at Sentry was fantastic, trustworthy, knowledgeable and he did a great job installing locks in my house. He explained what I needed to know, and was always respectful and friendly while doing his job. I would recommend him without question, and I'd defintely use him again in the future. Rachel in the office was also very helpful and very professional and friendly.

Needing a dead bolt installed I contacted Sentry Locksmith Werribee. The communications and service were excellent. They were punctual and pleasant and the craftmanship was impressive. No other lock in my house turns as easily or as smoothly. I was also impressed that they could key the new lock to match my existing door key, all for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend the service and quality of work.

Rachel who took our call was helpful and courteous when booking our appointments with Shane. Shane explained how the lock should work and then fixed it on the spot. He then installed 2 deadlocks in a professional manner. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we were very happy with his workmanship. We would highly recommend Shane.

Would definitely recommend.I needed an urgent same day service but it was not available. However the staff over the telephone took the time to understand the reason behind the urgency and was able to accommodate my request.Joe turned up on time, was professional and did a great job with reasonable prices.

I would highly recommend Sentry Locksmiths for their excellent customer service and tailored professional advice.Rachel was a pleasure to deal with when booking appointment times during a very busy period and was always friendly and flexible.We needed window locks installed, locks rekeyed, and a security doorbell installed. No job was too small for Shane and Jeff and they went above and beyond by fixing a couple of other minor issues that they spotted along the way.I appreciated Shane's knowledge and advice based on what our needs were, and he came up with the best value option for us. We never felt like we were being sold to.
